Who we are

PitchDeckLive is a voice AI pitch practice tool for founders. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Questions: hello@pitchdecklive.com.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive:

Your name and email address
Your Google profile picture (optional, display only)

When you use the app, we store:

Your pitch deck (PDF pages converted to images)
Practice session transcripts (your voice turned to text, the coach’s responses)
Recordings you choose to save (video and audio from your camera and microphone)
Share links and the view analytics attached to them

We use PostHog for product analytics (page views, feature events) and Cloudflare for infrastructure. Neither has access to your pitch content.

How we use it

To create and maintain your account
To run the voice AI coach during practice sessions
To store your decks, recordings, and session history so you can access them later
To let you share a recording with investors via a private link you generate
To improve the product (anonymised usage patterns only)

We do not sell your data. We do not use your pitch content to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (Cloudflare, Google for auth).

Google OAuth

We use Google Sign-In only for authentication. We request the minimum scopes needed: your name, email, and profile picture. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google service. You can revoke PitchDeckLive’s access at any time in your Google account security settings.

Data storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare’s infrastructure (D1 database, R2 object storage) in the United States. Pitch deck images and recordings are stored in private buckets accessible only to you, except for content you explicitly share via a share link.

Cookies and tracking

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. PostHog sets a first-party analytics cookie to count visits and feature usage. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

Your rights

You can:

Download or delete your decks and recordings from within the app at any time
Delete your account by emailing hello@pitchdecklive.com — we will remove all your data within 7 days
Ask what data we hold about you by emailing the same address

Children

PitchDeckLive is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
